Simple Zone Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Protein powder – check label for how much powder to use to equal 2 blocks
  • 1 cup of milk or coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 9 almonds

Instructions

Combine the following ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For best result add protein powder last and only pulse a few times. Serves 1
