This is a 3-block recipe.
- - Protein powder – check label for how much powder to use to equal 2 blocks
- - 1 cup of milk or coconut milk
- - 1 cup frozen strawberries
- - 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- - 9 almonds
- Combine the following ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For best result add protein powder last and only pulse a few times.
